Clean booth is clean booth for air purification equipment able to providing local highly clean

environment. It adopts industrial aluminum products (or stainless steel square tube and iron

square tube spraying plastics) as frame, fan filter unit (FFU) for air supply, and anti-static curtain

(or toughened glass) for surrounding hanging, with internal cleanliness grade of Grade 100 – 10,000.

It is applicable to areas with higher requirements for local cleanliness in operation area.
