Features:
The unit is equipped with a new return air mixing section and filter section, a new return air mixing section, and an initial effect filtration section. Secondary return air section, table cold water retaining section, steam heating section, electric heating section, dry steam humidification section, fan section, medium efficiency filter section, equal flow section, muffling section, fan air supply section, etc. The design institute and users have flexible selection of units.
1. The supporting fan of the unit adopts the domestic advanced KKF (or TDKF) type air conditioner special double inlet air centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and wide head range, which can meet the low pressure head range system and the medium pressure head constant temperature system. High pressure head purification system is required.
2, the unit's supporting heat exchanger (cooler, heater) is copper tube string aluminum sheet double flange, mechanical expansion tube, good steel, high heat exchange efficiency, wind resistance and water resistance is small, and can be used for both hot and cold .
3. The filter section of the unit adopts polyester non-woven bag filter, which has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, detachable, easy to clean and filter material replaceable.
4. There are two kinds of steam (or hot water) heating and electric heating in the heating section of the unit. There are also two types of dry steam and electric humidification in the humidification section. The design institute and users can choose according to the actual situation.

5. In order to meet the requirements of different occasions, different uses and special performances of the users, the company can design and manufacture according to non-standard sizes.

It is mainly used in air purification systems of various clean workshops. Such as industrial electronics factory, precision machinery manufacturing plant, textile workshop, GMP pharmaceutical factory, cosmetics, food factory, pure water workshop, hospital surgery department, ICU and other occasions.
